Abstract: The development in the mobilization of national economy propels it from the classic to the agile model. The present paper analyzes the shortcomings of classic mobilization model of national economy, illustrating the structure, operational, driving and management systems. It also presents its the core values and essential features, ending with a discussion of its realization methods.
