基于改进对比源反演算法的脑卒中微波检测成像技术研究

Research on Microwave Imaging Technology of Stroke Detection Based on Improved Contrast Source Inversion Algorithm

  • 摘要: 为解决脑部检测的实时性与准确性问题,进一步提高脑部检测成像的速度与精度,提出一种改进的对比源反演算法——基于快速共轭梯度迭代的对比源反演法(FCG-CSI),用于出血性脑卒中的微波检测成像。利用COMSOL与MATLAB软件搭建脑卒中微波检测仿真系统,对脑部模型进行微波成像。仿真结果表明采用FCG-CSI算法能够有效且快速对脑部血块进行成像,且成像的位置误差仅为0.54 cm。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the speed and accuracy of brain imaging, an improved contrast source inversion algorithm based on fast conjugate gradient iteration(FCG-CSI)was proposed for microwave imaging of hemorrhagic stroke. A microwave detection simulation system for cerebral apoplexy was established based on COMSOL and MATLAB software to carry out microwave imaging on the brain model. The simulation results show that FCG-CSI algorithm can effectively image blood clots in the brain, and the location error of imaging is only 0.54 cm.
