Abstract:
In order to improve the performance of anthracite dust suppression with surfactant-magnetized water (SMW), firstly, surface tensions of four kinds of surfactant solutions were tested separately, selecting the best concentration for surfactant solution. And then, the surface tension was farther tested under different magnetization parameters for the surfactant solution with optimal concentration to determine the optimal magnetization parameters. Finally, the contact angles were tested separately for the anthracite with several solutions, including the mine pipeline water (MPW), the surfactant solution possessed optimal concentration and the optimal SMW. The results show that, 0.10wt% Chenke C&C solution can make the surface tension of MPW decreased by 43.83%. The optimal magnetization strength of 0.10wt% Chenke C&C solution is 300 mT, and the optimal magnetization time is 50 s. Compared with MPW, the contact angle of 0.10wt% Chenke C&C SMW can decrease by 79.11%, the surface tension decrease by 47.04%, the spreading work and wetting work increase by 97.35% and 87.01% respectively, showing it can greatly improve the spreading ability and wetting ability of the solution. Utilized as spray water in the coal mining face, 0.10wt% Chenke C&C SMW can make the dust reduction efficiency increased by 37.53%.
