基于虚拟化方法的车辆架构测试技术研究

Vehicle Architecture Testing Techniques Based on Virtualization Methods

  • 摘要: 针对集中式电子电气架构下车辆仿真测试系统中控制器元素缺乏、通信模拟真实性较低等问题,基于虚拟化技术对车辆架构测试技术开展研究,提出了包含控制器与总线通信虚拟化模型的测试平台架构,基于QEMU虚拟机技术开发车载控制器虚拟化模型,利用PCI总线构建控制器虚拟总线通信,与基于以太网的数据传输通道共同实现更真实的车辆通信模拟. 最后测试结果表明本平台能够充分模拟车载控制器及通信对功能测试的影响,更好地满足集中架构下车辆功能测试需求,对比常用模型在环仿真系统具有更高可靠性、实时性与稳定性.

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the lack of controller elements and low authenticity of communication simulation in the vehicle simulation test system under the centralized electronic and electrical architecture, a vehicle architecture test technology was investigated based on virtualization technology, providing a test platform architecture with a virtualized model of controller and bus communication, developing a virtualized model of on-board controller based on quick EMUlator (QEMU) virtual machine technology, and constructing a virtual bus of controller based on the PCI bus. Firstly, a virtualized model of vehicle controller was developed based on QEMU virtual machine technology. And then, a virtual bus communication of controller was constructed based on PCI bus to realize more realistic vehicle communication simulation with the Ethernet-based data transmission channel collectively. The final test results show that this platform can fully simulate the influence of vehicle controller and communication on the functional testing, meeting the needs of vehicle functional testing under centralized architecture, providing a higher reliability, real-time performance and stability compared with commonly model-in-the-loop simulation systems.
