双横臂悬架的几何计算及其应用

摘要: 本文从几何原理出发,对汽车前独立悬架双横臂导向机构进行了分析研究,提出了在车轮整个缓冲行程内,导向机构各节点坐标及前轮定位等有关参数的计算方法,编制了微机程序,其计算结果与试验测试值相当接近。本文提出的算法有足够的精确度。程序结构简单,语句少,适合推广应用。Abstract: Based on the geometric theory, automobile Wishbone-typs independent front suspension is analyzed, and a calculation method is given for the determination of coordinates of each jointed point on guided arms and parameters of wheel alignment during entire buffer travel of wheel. A micro-computer program for present algorithm is worked out. The closing of calculation reselt compared with experiment data proves that the algorithm presented in this article has satisfied accuracy. The program is short and simple, so it is suitable for popularization and application.
