摘要: 提出了坐标平面内直线、圆弧的一种插补新算法,其精度达0.5个脉冲当量,从而将现有算法的插补精度提高了一倍,而且该算法的数据处理量较小,插补速度快,因此对提高数控机床的控制精度和控制器的速度,尤其是经济型数控系统,具有很实际的意义.另外,文中对一般二次曲线的插补方法也作了进一步探讨,其精度也能达到0.5个脉冲当量。Abstract: Presents a new kind of linear and circular interpolation method in a coordinate plane, .the interpolation precision of which can reach 0.5 of a pulse equivalent, while interpolation precision of the method in common use can only attain 1 pulse equivalent. In addition less amount of data needs to be handled .with this method and the speed of interpolation is higher. Thus it is of practical value in improving precision and speed of controllers, especially in common level numerical control systems. Besides interpolation methods for quadratic curves in general are dealt with, giving similarly precision of 0.5 pulse equivalent
