Abstract: Self-contained navigation for vehicles is studied to some depth and proposals for improving their fire control systems put forward. Formulas for the calculation of the parameters of fire control as well as those of the self-contained navigation are derived, laying a foundation for the realization of self-contained navigation utilizing the fire control systems.
