摘要: 实现了预测控制在泵控马达电液伺服系统的自适应控制中的应用,并在负载时变的条件下,做了该系统的实验研究.将预测控制和模型参考算法在实时控制中综合起来,提出了模型参考预测控制新方法.系统的阶跃响应试验和时变负载下的跟踪试验表明,此算法在控制精度和控制的鲁棒性方面均取得令人满意的效果。Abstract: Predictive control for a pump controlled motor electrohydraulic servo system is studied. The real-time control algorithm has been realized on a microcomputer. Some meaningful experimental results were obtained. The capacity of the basic predictive control scheme to overcome the effect of load changes is limited, so the model reference predictive control algorithm is thereby presented. Step response experiments show that the new algorithm is quite effective in reducing the influence of time-varying load. The robustness of the servo system has also been demonstrated by experiments.
