履带车辆行驶装置橡胶力学性能试验研究

Experimental Research on the Mechanical Properties of Rubber Used in Tracked Vehicular Travelling System

  • 摘要: 对用于履带车辆行驶装置的负重轮轮缘、履带板衬垫、销耳衬套3种橡胶的力学性能进行了测试,得到了3种橡胶杨氏模量和剪切模量以及动态损耗因子的量值和变化趋势,验证了小变形情况下橡胶应力-应变关系统计理论的正确性.在此基础上,分析了3种橡胶材料性能对履带车辆行驶装置的影响.

     

    Abstract: The mechanical properties of the kinds of rubber used in road wheel,track board and track pin of tracked vehicular travelling system have been tested.Test value and tendency of change of Young's medulus,shear and dynamical loss factor of the three kinds of rubber have been obtained,too.The correctness of statistical theory about the relations between stress and strain of rubber on condition of small deformation were verified.On the basis of testing,the influence of property of material of the three kinds of rubber upon tracked vehicular travelling spstem is analysed.
