Abstract: Intrduces a new expert system tool developed under the Chinese Windows environment applying an object-oriented method.The system has and integrated developing environment and a well designed memory management and a well desiged,memory management schems.It fully supports Chines characters and its operations are all implemented with a visualisable graphic interace.It is suited for developing middle to small sized expert systems in the diagnostic and agenda-inquiry fields.
