利用直线度数据进行表面三维建模

Modeling the 3D Surface with the Data from EST of Straightness Measurement

  • 摘要: 利用测量简类零件直线度得到数据构造被测表面的三维模型。用EST(Error Separation Technique)测量多条母线的直线度,利用测量起止端面上的数据点求出最小二乘轴线和为工件的实际轴线。通过坐标轴旋转,将各条母线的直线度测量数据转化到以实际轴线为z轴的空间坐标系下,进而构造出被测表面的三维模型。计算机仿真证明通过械横坐轴旋转可有效地消除直接构造带来的表面变形。

     

    Abstract: To model the 3D surface of a cylinder with the data from the straightness measurement, the straightnesses of a number of generatrices were measured with the method of EST, and by means of the data of the beginning and end sections, the least square mean axis was calculated to represent the actual axis of the workpiece. By rotating the abscissas, all data of straightness were transformed into a unified 3D coordinaties whose z axis is the actual axis. Then the 3D model of the surface was constructed. The computer simulation has proved that the construction by rotating the abscissas can effectively eliminate the distortion of the constructed surface.
