负重轮橡胶轮缘有限元分析及力学特性拟合

The Mechanical Property Fitting of the Road Wheel''''s Rubber Flange Based on Finite Element Analysis

  • 摘要: 采用均匀设计法,选取履带车辆负重轮橡胶轮缘的24组不同几何参数,建立橡胶轮缘的三维有限元分析模型,用ANSYS有限元分析软件计算橡胶轮缘的位移,应力和应变分布情况,最后对橡胶轮缘的最大径向位移,应力和应变进行多元线性回归。得到了橡胶轮缘的最大径向位移,应力和应变随7个影响因素的拟合特性,试验验证表明,所得拟合公式有实用价值。

     

    Abstract: Twenty four groups of different geometric parameters of road wheel's rubber flange of tracked vehicle were chosen by adopting uniform design method. A 3 D finite element analysis model of rubber flange was established, and the displacement, stress and strain distribution of rubber flange were calculated with ANSYS finite element analysis software. Finally the multivariate linear regression was performed on the maximum radial displacement, stress and strain of rubber flange. The fitting property of the maximum raidal displacement, stress and strain of rubber flange with seven influence factors was obtained. It was verified with test that the fitting formulas obtained are practically valuable.
