一种新的自适应移相干涉技术

A Novel Adaptive Phase-Shifting Interferometry

  • 摘要: 研究对空气扰动及环境振动所造成的常数项光程变化不敏感的自适应干涉系统。采用高频振幅调制与锁相技术相结合的方法,对环境振动引起的干涉条纹的抖动进行实时探测和光程补偿,可将干涉条件纹依次锁定在与任意位相差相对应的位置,从而建立一个自适应移相干涉系统。这种方法不受两相干光束间光程差的限制且有高的信噪比,简述该方法的原理,对所建立的系统进行描述并给出实验结果。

     

    Abstract: An adaptive phase shifting interferometry, which is insensitive to the uniform optical path difference induced by environment vibration and air turbulence, is studied. An adaptive phase shifting interference system based on high frequency amplitude modulation and phase lock in technique is setup. This system can detect the wobble of interference fringes induced by environment vibration, compensate the optical path difference, and lock in the fringe at any chosen phase difference. This method is not limited by optical path difference and can obtain a high SNR, and doesn't reduce the contrast of interference fringes. The principle and structure of the adaptive phase shifting interferometer are described. The experimental results and conclusions are presented.
