Abstract: To design a Java oriented visual Web homepage designer, the system is successful in realizing all kinds of functions of the Web homepage designer based on the current input information using JDK1 2. In addition, it has its special characteristic of being architecturally neutral, and can be used on all kinds of OS, thus a Web homepage designer with a complete set of functions is implemented.
