Abstract: As Intranets have been widely used in modern enterprises, the study of Intranet based decision support systems(DSS) are necessary. A kind of innovational Intranet based model management system framework is presented whose objective is to facilitate both the decision makers of enterprises and DSS developers to use the Intranet efficiently. Models are represented as objects and distributed in the Intranet. Through a central web server, decision makers can invoke these models conveniently. A case study based on simulation is given to illustrate its usage and advantages.
