流率和牵引速度对两种聚合物熔体共挤出影响的数值研究

Numerical Study of the Effects of Flow Rate and Drawing Velocity on Bicomponent Coextrusion

  • 摘要: 利用流体计算软件包POLYFLOW对两种熔体的二维等温共挤出进行了数值模拟,重点讨论了两种熔体的流率比和牵引速度对共挤出流动情况、界面形状和挤出胀大的影响.模拟结果表明:流率比增大,两种熔体的壁面平均剪切粘度比增加,流动性差异增加,挤出物层比增加;牵引速度增加,界面平直段增加,挤出物截面减小.

     

    Abstract: A numerical simulation of two-dimensional isothermal bicomponent coextrusion using the polymer fluid computational package POLYFLOW is presented. Effects of the flow rate ratio of the two kinds of molten polymers and drawing velocity on their flow, the interface shape and extrudate swelling are discussed. Simulation results indicate that, with the increase in volume ratio, ratio of the average wall shear viscosity for the two molten polymers increases. Consequently, difference in the flow properties and layer ratio of the extrudate are increased. With increases in drawing velocity, length of the flat part of the interface increases and profile of the extrudate decreases.
