发动机与液力变矩器共同工作虚拟样机仿真

Virtual Prototyping Simulation for the Coordinated Work of Engine and Torque Converter

  • 摘要: 以全程调速柴油发动机与带闭锁离合器的三元件向心涡轮液力变矩器为研究对象,以实现动力传动系统虚拟样机建模仿真为目标,基于ADAMS建立了发动机、液力变矩器和闭锁离合器数学模型,并组装成共同工作虚拟样机,提供了模型实现方法.通过编写仿真剧本实现仿真过程控制,得出发动机与液力变矩器共同工作时的动态特性.仿真结果表明,所建立的虚拟样机模型可用于后续的动力传动系统总体虚拟样机建模仿真.

     

    Abstract: Focused on realizing the virtual prototyping of powertrain system modeling and simulation, by the use of a full position regulation diesel engine and a torque converter with look-up clutch, a model of engine, torque converter and lock-up clutch were setup in ADAMS, and then assembled into a virtual prototype for coordinated work simulation. With the simulation script, a simulation was performed under control to study the dynamic characteristics of coordinated work. The results validated the virtual prototype, which can be used to further integrated simulation of whole power train systems.
