摘要: 开发电机驱动式自动变速操纵系统,以离合器的输出轴转速和离合器输入轴与输出轴转速差为控制参数,采用PD控制算法控制升挡时离合器的接合过程;同时控制发动机断油电磁阀的断油与供油规律,实现对发动机(即离合器输入轴)输出转矩和输出转速的有效控制.研究表明,该种换挡控制方法缩短了换挡时间,减小了滑磨角.Abstract: A new automatic shift system driven by a DC motor for an automatic mechanical transmission (AMT) is proposed. The system consists of a clutch control system and a fuel stop valve for the diesel engine. The former adapts the two-parameter PD shift on the speed of rotation of the clutch output shaft and that of the differential between the input and output shafts. The latter realizes an on-off control of fuel to regulate the output torsion and speed of rotation of the diesel engine when shifting. Test results indicate that the shift system improved gives shift performance to the vehicle.
