Optimization of Structural Parameters of Variable-Axes NC Machine Tool BKX-Ⅰ

  • 摘要: 结合beat365官网网址自行研制的BKX-I型变轴数控机床,以机床刚度为优化目标,应用MATLAB优化工具箱中序列二次规划法对机床上下平台的一些结构参数进行优化,使机床的水平刚度有了明显提高.优化结果发现:对于这种类型的机床,当上下两平台形状均为三角形时,机床有最优的水平刚度,这为该类型机床的结构设计提供了依据.

     

    Abstract: Based on the variable-axes machine tool BKX-Ⅰ, developed in Beijing Institute of Technology, some relevant structural parameters of the machine tool's platforms are optimized regarding the tool's stiffness by the SQP process in MATLAB's optimization toolbox. After optimization, the horizontal stiffness is obviously enhanced. It was found that when the two platforms were both triangular in form, the largest horizontal stiffness value was obtained, and this provides a basis for the structural design of this type of machine tools.
