Abstract: Some key technologies in the development of low-floor EV-bus are discussed, including the matching of batteries and electric driving system, overall vehicle layout and performance analysis, structural design and optimization, battery management and high voltage safety, et al. These key technologies have been verified in vehicle tests and prototype running. They will be of benefit in the further development of electric vehicles.
