高白度十溴二苯乙烷的工业规模生产工艺研究

Research on the Industrial-Scale Process for Producing Decabrominated Dipheny Ethane of High Whiteness

  • 摘要: 采用过量溴化二苯乙烷法和新型催化剂,研究了阻燃剂十溴二苯乙烷的工业规模合成工艺.在58~60℃进行10~14h的二苯乙烷溴化,粗产品经过8h球磨后处理得到十溴二苯乙烷,白度达到88(L)以上.结果表明:催化剂用量为二苯乙烷用量的25%时,既提高了产品白度又降低了生产成本.该工艺产品其他性能指标和国外产品相同,具有良好的热稳定性和抗紫外线能力.

     

    Abstract: The industrial-scale technique is researched to produce decabromodiphenyl ethane (DBDPE).In this process, the method of excessively bromizing diphenyl ethane with new catalyzer is used to get DBDPE. Diphenyl ethane was bromized at 58~60 ℃ for 10~14 h, then the crude products were retreated for 8h to get the final product, whose whiteness is 88 (L). The result shows that when the amount of catalyzer is 25% that of the diphenyl ethane, the whiteness of the product will be enhanced and the cost will be reduced. At the same time, the other performances of this commercial DBDPE with excellent thermal stability and good anti-ultraviolet radiation ability are the same as the foreign products.
