高压共轨燃油喷雾PIV测试方法及结果分析

Particle Image Velocimetry Test Methods for High Pressure Common Rail Spray and Results of Analysis

摘要: 为了更好地研究高压共轨燃油喷射系统的喷雾特性,设计了适用于PIV测量的喷雾测试系统,使用美国TSI公司的PIV设备对高压共轨燃油喷射系统在100 MPa喷射压力下的油束进行了测试,获得了喷雾发展的图像,并使用该公司提供的图像处理软件Insight对试验图像进行了分析处理,初步分析得到喷雾场速度场图.

Abstract: To investigate the spray characteristics for high pressure common rail fuel injection system,(a system) suitable for PIV measurement is designed.The spray from the electronic control high pressure common rail fuel injection system with pressure of 100?MPa was measured with the PIV devices from TSI,and images of spray development were obtained,The test data were analyzed with the image process software Insight of TSI,local vortex were obtained.
