聚阴离子纤维素AGU上C2,C3和C6羧甲基分布与性能研究

Relationship of Properties and Distribution of Group—CH2COO-at C2,C3 and C6 Within AGU of PAC

  • 摘要: 通过化学滴定、核磁分析、红外光谱和应用测试等方法,研究纤维素羧甲基醚大分子结构及性能间关系,对不同工艺制备的产品分子的结构和性能进行分析表征.结果表明:与普通低倍溶媒捏合法相比,经粉碎的棉纤维在高浴比混合溶剂体系中进行碱化、醚化,得到的产品沿着大分子链葡萄糖环基(AGU)C2,C3和C6上—CH2COO-分布更均匀,其耐酸性、抗盐性和配伍性更优越.

     

    Abstract: In order to study the relationship of structures and properties of cellulose ether polymers-CMC,they were analyzed using chemical titration,()1H-NMR, FTIR and other testing methods.The results indicated that the distribution of the group —CH2COO-at C2,C3 and C6 within the anhydroglucose unit(AGU) of the new product PAC produced in the mixed solvent of high scale concentration,being more homogenous than the product produced through ordinary procedures.The properties of salt resistance,acid fastness and compatibleness were better.
