公路养护资源分配中遗传算法的参数优化

Parameter Optimization of Genetic Algorithms for the Allocation of Highway Maintenance Resources

  • 摘要: 为辨明公路养护资源优化分配中遗传算法参数对运算效率和精度的影响,提出基于正交试验的参数优化方法.选取种群规模与迭代次数比例、交叉形式和变异概率3个参数,利用正交设计方法进行3因素3水平试验,建立主效应和交互效应的假设检验模型,并计算出构造统计量值和临界值.试验结果表明:种群规模与迭代次数的比例及交叉形式对算法的影响比变异概率显著,并且3个参数的最优取值分别为1/4、两点交叉和0.05.该方法能够减少标定遗传算法参数所需的大量试验.

     

    Abstract: To reveal the influence of genetic algorithm parameters on the calculation efficiency and accuracy,parameters optimization based on orthogonal experiments is proposed for optimal allocation of highway maintenance resources.Three parameters,including the ratio of population size to iteration value,crossover form and mutation probability have been selected for three levels of orthogonal experiment.Statistics and critical values are calculated based on the hypothesis test models of the 3 parameters' main effects and interactive effects.Experimental results showed that the ratio of population size to iteration value and crossover form had the more significant influence on calculation efficiency and accuracy compared with the mutation probability,and that the optimal results of the 3 parameters being 1/4,two-point crossover,and 0.05.The method proposed reduces time in experiment for parameters estimation using genetic algorithms.
