发动机电控单元激励信号模型研究

Engine Electronic Control Unit Actuated Signal Models

  • 摘要: 以汽车发动机实验为基础,提出基于虚拟仪器技术的发动机电控单元(ECU)激励信号发生系统,建立了发动机ECU的8路激励信号模型,使之符合对发动机实际运行工作环境的仿真.在ECU激励信号模型的基础上使用虚拟仪器技术进行了计算机仿真,将系统生成的多路信号分别输入发动机试验台的ECU代替原传感器信号,激励发动机ECU正常运转,发动机试验台工作正常.结果表明,该方法原理正确,发动机ECU激励信号模型能够实现对发动机实际运行工况的模拟.

     

    Abstract: Based on the experiments on automobile engine,an actuated signal emitting system of automobile's engine electronic control unit(ECU) based on virtual instrument technology is given.Eight core actuated signal models of engine ECU were established,and a simulation environment of ECU's working conditions created.Signals created by the actuated signal emitting system can replace sensor signals and actuate engine ECU to run into normal circulation.The engine experimental station runs regularly.Simulation results indicate that the principle of the method is correct and the actuated signal models of engine ECU can realize to simulate the actual working conditions.
