Gearbox Loading Test Bench Based on DC Speed Regulation

摘要: 研究了直流电封闭加载技术的实现,设计 QR512系列手动变速箱交检加载试验台.利用三台直流电机模拟实车运行情况对变速箱进行驱动和加载,以西门子S7-315型PLC作为控制器,6RA70型直流调速器作为电机驱动器,构建基于Profibus-DP现场总线的两级控制系统.设计的试验台最大测试功率为30 kW,动态转速控制精度为±5r/min,转矩控制精度为±1N·m.试验结果表明,该试验台控制精度达到预期目标,电封闭方式可以有效降低能耗.Abstract: Investigates the realization of DC electrical-closed loading technology and designs the QR512 MT gearbox test bench.Three DC motors were used to build a load simulator in accordance with vehicle's running conditions.SIEMENS S7-315 PLC and 6RA70 DC speed regulator was set up as the controller and driver respectively in the two-level control system.Maximum power of the test bench is 30 kW,dynamic precision of speed control is ±5 r/min and accuracy of torque loading is ±1 N·m.Control accuracy achieved the expected goal and the use of electrical-closed technology greatly reduced the power cost.
