氢氧化镁纳米丝和纳米棒的合成及表征

Preparation and Characterization of Mg(OH)2 Nanoribbons and Nanorods

  • 摘要: 探索新型无卤、无毒添加型无机阻燃材料.利用PVP高分子在溶液中的一维聚集特点,在PVP/乙二醇溶液相体系中形成一维纳米胶束结构,并利用该胶束结构(PVP)作为纳米功能材料的软模板,用低温回流法合成了多晶、长径比较高的一维(或准一维)氢氧化镁纳米丝和纳米棒.并以XRD,TEM,HRTEM和TG等测试手段进行了表征.测试结果表明,该样品比以往同类产品具有更好的热稳定性和更高的热加工安全性.

     

    Abstract: To explore the new halogen-and toxic-free additive inorganic flame-retardant materials,utilizing one-dimensional mass characteristics of PVP macromolecule in solution,one-dimensional nano-sized micelle structure was formed in PVP/ethylene glycol system.The micelle structure(PVP) as the soft-template was exploited to synthesize the one-dimensional(or quasi-one-dimensional) polycrystalline Mg(OH)2 nanoribbon and manorod with relatively high aspect ratio via a low temperature refluxing route.The sample was characterized using XRD,TEM,HRTEM and TG.Test results showecl the sample has higher thermal stability than the same kind of products formerly produced,thus higher safety in thermal operations.
