泡沫陶瓷对瓦斯爆炸火焰传播的影响

Effect of Foam Ceramics Upon Gas Explosion Flame Propagation

  • 摘要: 为了有效抑制煤矿瓦斯爆炸的冲击波,设计加工了断面为200mm×200mm的方形爆炸实验管道,实验研究无障碍物条件下瓦斯爆炸火焰传播规律和泡沫陶瓷对瓦斯爆炸火焰传播的影响,并采用高速摄影系统对火焰的传播过程进行了拍摄. 实验结果表明,管道内瓦斯爆炸火焰的传播速度和结构不稳定;泡沫陶瓷可以抑制火焰的传播,起到淬熄火焰的作用. 研究结果对于防治煤矿瓦斯爆炸具有重要的使用价值和理论意义.

     

    Abstract: In order to suppress gas explosion in coal mines, a square shape explosion test pipe with 200mm×200mm cross-section is designed and implemented. Methane explosion flame propagation characteristics without barrier and the effect of foam ceramics on gas explosion flame propagation are tested, and the flame propagation process is taken photo with high-speed photography system. The results showed that methane explosion flame propagation velocity and structure was instable, and foam ceramics could restrain flame propagation and had the effect of quenching flame. The results showed profound theoretical and practical significance to prevent gas explosion in coal mines.
