液黏测功机带排扭矩的有效利用

摘要: 研究带排扭矩能否被有效利用. 通过控制润滑油流量逐渐增大,对液黏测功机带排扭矩的变化情况进行理论分析和实验验证. 结果表明,在最大带排扭矩范围内,测功机的加载扭矩随润滑油流量增加而线性增加,故加载初始可通过控制润滑油流量使测功机在最大带排扭矩范围内实现小功率线性加载,同时给出了满足总功率损失最小时最佳摩擦片间隙的确定方法.Abstract: Investigates the useful application of towing torque. Lubrication oil flux is supposed to be controlled. Both theoretical analysis and experiments proved that the towing torque increases with the increases of lubricating oil flux. If the lubricating oil flux is controlled from minimum to its maximum value, a linear increase in load torque can be obtained. That means lower load could be utilized in hydroviscous dynamometer and the scope of its load testing power could be enlarged. Furthermore, the minimum clearance between friction plates satisfying the minimum power loss is given.
