碘酸盐-亚硫酸盐-亚铁氰化物反应在 CSTR体系中诱导的钙振荡

  • 摘要: 通过讨论反应条件对碘酸盐 亚硫酸盐 亚铁氰化物(ISF)pH振荡反应的影响,确定最佳pH振荡行为的反应温度、流速和酸度等条件,并在此条件下与CaNa<sub<2</sub<EDTA复配物的生成平衡过程有机结合,建立一种新型化学钙振荡器. 该钙振荡器的振荡行为稳定且可用多种监测方式进行观察,利于进一步建立时空化学钙信号体系,为采用非线性化学方法研究钙信号提供了研究平台.

     

    Abstract: A novel chemical calcium oscillator is constructed by combining the iodate-sulfite-ferrocyanide(ISF) system with the CaNa<sub<2</sub<EDTA complex formation equilibrium. Effects of temperature, flow rate and acid concentration on ISF are investigated to seek the best pH oscillation performance. Calcium oscillation in the novel oscillator is stable, and there are many ways to inspect the nonlinear phenomenon in the system, so it is suitable to setup further spatiotemporal calcium signaling system on the basis of this oscillator. The construction of this novel oscillator provides a useful platform to investigate calcium signal by nonlinear chemical research.
