显微热成像系统帧间差分过采样重构研究

Inter-Frame Difference Oversample Reconstruction for Optical Microscanning Thermal Microscope Imaging System

  • 摘要: 基于泰勒级数展开,提出帧间差分过采样重构法,解决光学微扫描显微热成像系统微扫描高分辨力过采样图像的问题. 该方法基于非标准2×2微扫描欠采样图像 Y ,求出图像间的微位移得到校正矩阵 A - 1 ,由 X = A -1 Y 得到标准2×2微扫描欠采样图像 X 后进行过采样重构. 结果表明,该方法优于直接过采样法和双线性放大法,分辨的细节更多,可有效提高系统的空间分辨力;且处理算法简单,计算量小,可实现快速处理.

     

    Abstract: In order to get standard 2×2 microscanning oversample high resolution image, based on Taylor expansion, an algorithm of inter-frame difference oversample reconstruction method is presented. Correction matrix A -1 is obtained with four nonstandard 2×2 microscanning images Y and standard 2×2 microscanning images X can be acquired according to the equation X = A -1 Y . Then a high spatial resolution oversample image is given with X . Experimental results showed the proposed algorithm is better than the bilinear amplification and direct interpolation. The image spatial resoluion and quality is improved with more details. Futhmore the algorithm proposed is simple, fast and has low computational complexity.
