钨合金药型罩材料的大破孔聚能战斗部研究

Research on Shaped Charge Warhead Employing Large Diameter Penetrating Hole with Tungsten Alloy Liner

  • 摘要: 为得到大尺寸破甲孔径,提出了采用钨合金作为药型罩材料的大破孔聚能战斗部设计方案. 以聚能装药射流成形及侵彻理论为基础,采用实验与数值模拟相结合的方法,研究钨合金药型罩结构参数、材料组分及加工工艺对靶板的大孔径破甲的影响. 结果表明,采用粉末型钨合金为药型罩材料的聚能战斗部,在保证具有相同或略大的破甲深度的同时明显增大了破甲孔径.

     

    Abstract: A shaped charge warhead with tungsten alloy liner is proposed for the sake of large diameter penetrating hole. The study is based on the principle of shaped charge, methods of theoretical analysis, experiment and numerical simulation, such as the effects to large hole diameter with structural parameters, components and processing of the tungsten liner. The results showed that there is a significant increment of penetration hole diameter after using tungsten alloy powder liner material in case of the same or larger penetration depth on the target.
