自适应小波去噪算法及其在偏心补偿中的应用

Self-Adaptive Wavelet Threshold De-Noising Method and Its Application in the Compensation of Roll Eccentricity Signal

  • 摘要: 针对液压自动厚度控制(AGC)系统中轧辊偏心信号的补偿问题,提出一种基于自适应小波阈值去噪算法的补偿方法. 该方法根据噪声在小波变换下的特性自适应地确定小波分解的阈值,将去噪信号的信噪比作为性能指标,采用黄金分割法进行寻优,得到最优的阈值参数. 仿真结果表明,该方法比原有的阈值去噪方法效果更佳,对液压AGC系统中轧辊的偏心信号具有良好的补偿效果.

     

    Abstract: To solve the problem of compensation of roll eccentricity signal of hydraulic automatic gauge control(AGC) system, a new method based on adaptive threshold de-noising method is proposed. The new method can self-adaptively decide the threshold of wavelet analysis, and make the SNR as a function of the parameter of the filter to acquire the optimal threshold parameter using golden section method. Simulation shows that the result of de-noising with this new method is much better than the original method and have a better result on the compensation of roll eccentricity signal on hydraulic AGC system.
