射干叶中黄酮碳苷的分离纯化与结构鉴定

Preparation and Structural Identification of C-glycoside Flavone Compounds Isolated from the Leaves of Belamcanda Chinensis

  • 摘要: 运用HP20型大孔吸附树脂、聚酰胺柱色谱、Sephadex-LH20型葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱和YMC制备型高效液相色谱柱(ODS)等色谱方法,从海南产射干叶中分离了4种黄酮碳苷. 采用UV,1HNMR,13CNMR, MS等波谱学方法,结合熔点测定、盐酸-镁粉反应、三氯化铝显色反应等物理和化学方法,鉴定了它们的结构. 4种黄酮碳苷分别为化合物Ⅰ:2″-O-鼠李糖基异牡荆素;化合物Ⅱ:2″-O-鼠李糖基当药素;化合物Ⅲ:异牡荆素;化合物Ⅳ:当药素. 4种化合物均为首次从鸢尾科植物中分离.

     

    Abstract: Using HP20 macroporous resin, polyamide, Sephadex-LH20 and YMC preparation column (ODS), four kinds of C-glycoside flavones were isolated from the leaves of Belamcanda chinensis grown in Hainan island. Combined with the measurement of melting points and chemical reactions, the structures of C-glycoside flavones were identified by analyzing the spectroscopic data of UV, 1HNMR, 13CNMR, MS. They are compound Ⅰ 2″-O-rhamnosylisovitexin; compound Ⅱ 2″-O-rhamnosylswertisin; compound Ⅲ isovitexin and compound Ⅳ swertisin. All the compounds are isolated from the Iridaceae plants for the first time.
