Abstract:
The slight cooperativity and low efficiency of business process collaborative in product development coupled with the long cycle in product development could be caused by the behavior uncertainty of product development team members that due to incomplete information conditions in enterprise information environment. To solve the above problem, the dynamic behavior and game layout of product development members are analyzed through evolutionary game theory in this thesis. The analysis result shows that, under information asymmetric circumstances, optimal strategy is not necessarily selected. Based on the pre-conclusion, it is proposed that the mechanism of initiative information interaction mode should be constructed in the collaborative space to encourage the members of product collaborative development team to better communication and mutual trust. Thus, the long-term stability strategy that game player evolute to collaborative would be guaranteed. Finally, the mechanism of initiative mode information interaction has been used in business process reengineering of product collaborative development in GH Company. The feasibility is validated by the effect of implementation.
