螺旋桨加速状态下空化噪声的调制特性与分析方法

The Modulation Characteristics and Analysis Method of Propeller Cavitaion Noise During Accelerating Procedure

  • 摘要: 研究船舶螺旋桨处于加速或减速状态下,其空化噪声幅度受到变化的旋转频率调制的特性,有助于从噪声信号中提取进出港船舶的机动特性. 从空化噪声随相位周向变化的视角分析了螺旋桨处于加速旋转状态下噪声信号的调制特性,并说明了桨叶间空化均匀性对调制特性影响的原理. 进而提出了基于Hough变换和二值化DEMON谱图的分析方法,用于估计螺旋桨的加速度参数,并运用该方法分析了水洞实测噪声数据. 仿真结果验证了此分析方法的合理性.

     

    Abstract: The study on propeller cavitation noise under acceleration or deceleration status is beneficial for extraction of maneuvering features of departing or arriving vessels in port region. By analysis the circumferential variation regulation of propeller cavitaion noise with the phase, the modulation characteristics of the accelerating propeller noise is obtained. Then the influence of modulation feature caused by the cavitation uniformity between blades is illustrated. Furthermore, based on the Hough transform and binarized DEMON spectrogram, the analysis method of the accelerating propeller noise is proposed to estimate the acceleration parameter of the propeller. Applying the proposed algorithm to analyze accelerating propeller noise measured in a cavitation tunnel, its feasibility is validated.
