提高V/F转换电路线性度的一种方法

New Method to Increase the Linearity of the Voltage-to-Frequency Converter

  • 摘要: 针对普通的恒流源等宽反馈方案存在的不足,研究了一种改进的恒流源等宽反馈,在保证电路分辨率不变的前提下,恒流源反馈宽度提高了1.8倍,从而提高了电路的精度及稳定性. 在满量程输出频率为-200~200 kHz情况下,利用该方法设计V/F转换电路,线性度可以达到0.005 0%.

     

    Abstract: To overcome the shortage of common method of invariable feedback time, a scheme using improved invariable feedback time of the reference current is proposed to reduce the error of the voltage-to-frequency converter. With the same circuit resolution, the feedback time is increased by 1.8 times. The linearity accuracy of designed converter using new method can be better than 0.005 0% in the full scale of output frequency -200~200 kHz.
