炸药摩擦点火评价实验数值模拟

Numerical Simulation for Assessmental Test of Friction Ignition in Solid Explosive

  • 摘要: 为研究炸药块摩擦点火机理,采用LS-DYNA软件和ALE算法,并嵌入含热分解放热反应的热弹塑性材料模型,对PBX-C03和PBX-C04炸药摩擦点火评价实验进行数值模拟,得到了不同压力、滑动速度和摩擦系数下PBX-C03炸药点火的临界曲线. 研究结果表明,含有热分解放热反应的热弹塑性材料模型可作为炸药摩擦点火反应的计算模型,加载压力接近或大于炸药屈服应力时,提高滑动速度和摩擦系数都易使炸药发生点火反应.

     

    Abstract: To investigate friction ignition mechanism of solid explosives, the nonlinear dynamics finite element LS-DYNA code, that was incorporated with thermo-elastic-plastic material model and thermal decomposition of explosive, and ALE algorithm were used. The numerical computations of assessmental test of friction ignition were performed. The critical curve of igniting of PBX-C03 was obtained at different pressures, velocities and friction coefficients. The results indicate that the thermo-elastic-plastic material model with thermal decomposition reaction could be used as the numerical computation model to simulate friction ignition in solid explosives. Increase of the sliding velocity and/or frictional efficient could lead to ignition of PBX-C03, when the loading pressure is near yield stress.
