基于响应面法的车身前端结构钢板匹配方法研究

摘要: 为了合理匹配不同等级的钢板在汽车车身前端碰撞吸能结构件中的应用,提出了基于响应面方法的优化设计方法. 通过拉丁方试验设计和二次多项式回归模型,采用优化软件LS-OPT和碰撞数值仿真软件LS-DYNA,对某轿车前端的6个吸能结构件的钢板,进行了8种不同材料的屈服强度的匹配优化,得出了最有利于正面碰撞的钢板组合. 对优化前后的整车进行了正面碰撞的对比分析,验证了基于响应面方法进行材料匹配优化的可行性.Abstract: To properly select high strength steel sheets with different yield stress, the optimal design based on response surface methods was researched using regression model of quadratic polynomial. Through Latin hypercube DOE combined with employing software of LS-OPT and LS-DYNA, optimization design of six components demanding high strength steel sheets at car-body front was carried out. The good matching of components with different yield stress was obtained. The comparison of performance about front crashworthiness before and after optimization was implemented and its analytical results prove that the proposed scheme in this study is feasible.
