基于灰色理论的薄壁不锈钢管弯曲工艺参数优化技术

Technological Parameter Optimization for Thin-Walled Stainless Steel Tube Bending Based on Grey Theory

  • 摘要: 针对导管弯曲加工工艺参数难以合理选择的问题,研究弯曲工艺参数优化技术. 在导管弯曲工艺参数优化建模的基础上,提出了以虚拟正交试验和数值模拟技术确定工艺参数方案,以灰色理论进行方案评价的导管弯曲工艺参数优化技术. 实例结果表明,经优化处理后的导管成形质量明显提高,验证了优化模型及优化方法的有效性.

     

    Abstract: Since it is very difficult to choose properly process parameters of tube bending, the technology on process parameters optimization in tube bending should be studied. Based on process parameters optimization modeling of tube bending, process parameters optimization technology is proposed in this research, which uses orthogonal experiment method and numerical simulation method to coordinate the distribution of process parameters and applies grey theory to evaluate the group of those process parameters. Case study shows that the example tube has better forming quality after process parameters optimization, which proves that the proposed optimization model and optimization technology are effective.
