Design of Vehicle Twin-Accumulator Hydro-Pneumatic Balanced Suspension

  • 摘要: 为满足重型车辆在多种载荷下对刚度的需求,提出了一种蓄能器参数不同的双气室油气平衡悬架,并建立了其数学模型. 提出了此种悬架蓄能器参数的确定方法,并用具体算例加以验证. 计算结果表明,通过对蓄能器参数的合理匹配可以实现油气平衡悬架刚度的改变,使得多轴重型车辆在不同载荷下刚度合理变化,实现在各种载荷下悬架系统的偏频基本一致,改善了车辆的性能.

     

    Abstract: To make the stiffness of suspension adapt to different load, a new type of twin-accumulator hydro-pneumatic balanced suspension was proposed and its mathematical model was built up. Then the design principles and methods of its accumulators' parameters were proposed and proved through an example. The result indicates that, by appropriately matching the parameters of accumulators, such kind of balanced suspension can change the stiffness of suspension of multi-spindled vehicles properly and keep the same offset frequency under different load, thus the vibration performance of vehicles is improved.
