螺栓套接结构的等效弹性模量优化修正方法

An Equivalent Elastic Modulus Optimization Method for Model Updating of Assembled Structures with Sleeve-Bolt Joints

  • 摘要: 针对螺栓套接结构的动力学建模问题,提出了采用接触面薄层单元模拟螺栓套接结构的连接刚度的方法,建立了结构的有限元模型,并通过试验数据对接触面薄层单元的等效弹性模量进行了优化修正,提高了模型精度. 研究表明,对于单接头和多接头的螺栓套接组合结构的动力学模型修正,本文提出的接触面等效弹性模量优化修正方法均具有实用性和有效性.

     

    Abstract: An interface-layer element and equivalent elastic modulus optimization method is presented and used to update structural models assembled by sleeve-bolt type of joints. Based on the study of a structure assembled with one joint, the identified equivalent elastic modulus of single joint was used directly in the structure assembled by three joints of same type. Thus, the model of whole assembled structure was improved. To obtain a better improved model, further model updating was performed to update each of the three joint interface-layer equivalent modulus. By updating the joint model using above method, the accuracy of the structure model and dynamic analysis could be improved significantly. It could be concluded that the presented method is efficient and effective, and it could be applied to either single joint or multi joints assembled thin-walled structures.
