电动汽车锂离子电池低温加热方法研究

摘要: 为提高锂离子动力电池的低温充放电性能,以锰酸锂80 A·h电池单体为研究对象,提出了宽线金属膜的加热方法,并对电池单体进行低温充放电实验,建立电池加热模型,采用等效电池加热实验验证模型的正确性,对233 K低温环境下的电池单体进行加热和放电实验. 实验结果表明,采用宽线金属膜加热法可显著提高电池的低温性能.Abstract: Under the condition of cold temperature, the charge-discharge performance of batteries in electric vehicles is dropped substantially due to the increase of viscosity of battery's electrolyte and the ascent of internal resistance. The method and development of heating battery system becomes a key technique to be solved. This research has developed a wide-line metal film method for heating batteries and performed low-temperature charging and discharging experiments on 80 A·h Li-ion battery cell. A model of heating battery was built and its correctness was verified by heating experiments with equivalent battery. Heating and discharging experiments of battery cell at -40 ℃ were implemented, and the results show that the discharge performance of heated battery cell is significantly improved.
