绕带空化器回转体空化流动特性的试验研究
Experimental Study on Cavitating Flows Around an Axisymmetric Body with a Cavitator

摘要: 为推动超空泡在水下兵器减阻领域的应用,采用试验的方法研究了绕超空泡回转体的自然空化流场特性.试验中,采用高速全流场流动显示技术获得了不同空化数下绕回转体的空泡形态,并运用粒子图像测速技术(DPIV)测量了相应工况下流场的时均速度和涡量分布.结果表明:随着空化数的降低,绕回转体空化区域不断增大,不同空化数下的空化区均为低速高湍流脉动区域,该区域的速度远小于主流速度,但存在大的湍流脉动;云状空化阶段,涡量聚集区由头部向后延伸的涡带逐步转化为涡团分布,且区域明显扩大.Abstract: To impulse the application of supercavitation in the field of underwater weapon drag-reduction, the characteristics of cavitating flows around axisymmetric body which was with a cavitator were addressed by means of experimental methods. Cavity shapes around the body were obtained by means of a high-speed video camera in different cavitation numbers, and the time-averaged velocity and vorticity distributions were obtained by means of a particle image velocimetry (PIV) system. The results show that the high-fluctuating region with lower velocity corresponds to the cavitating area; the velocity in this area is much lower than main stream area. At the cloud cavitation stage, the large vortices become more dispersed.
