弹体斜侵彻混凝土薄靶的姿态变化规律数值模拟

Numerical Simulation of Attitude Change of a Projectile After Oblique Perforation of Thin Concrete Target

  • 摘要: 为得到弹体斜侵彻混凝土薄靶后弹体姿态变化的规律,采用LS-DYNA非线性有限元程序进行数值模拟计算,通过与多种工况下弹体侵彻有限厚混凝土靶的实验结果进行比较,验证采用的数值模拟计算模型、网格设置、材料模型和参数等的合理性,并在此基础上计算不同质量弹体,在不同侵彻速度、初始倾角条件下弹体斜侵彻混凝土薄靶的出靶状态,得到弹体出靶时偏转角度与弹体质量、侵彻速度和初始倾角的关系. 研究结果可预测弹体侵彻单层靶、多层靶的弹道变化.

     

    Abstract: The attitude change of a projectile after obliquely penetrating into thin concrete target was studied numerically by the finite element code LS-DYNA in this paper. By comparing the numerical results with various experimental data, it was verified that the calculation model, mesh, material model and parameters were reliable for simulation. Moreover, oblique perforation of thin concrete target was simulated under different masses, impact velocities and initial oblique angles; then the dependence of the projectile attitude change on the mass, impact velocity and initial oblique angle was obtained. The attained conclusions are helpful for the prediction of ballistic change during penetration of single or multilayer target.
