弹丸发射内弹道方程嵌入LS-DYNA数值模拟研究

Numerical Simulation of Interior Ballistics Equation of Projectile Launching Embeding LS-DYNA

  • 摘要: 为更好地分析弹丸发射内弹道过程,通过对LS-DYNA进行二次开发,将弹丸发射经典内弹道模型及火药气体状态方程引入有限元计算,并采用Lagrange方法对某弹丸发射内弹道全过程进行了数值仿真,成功模拟了火炮发射时火药燃烧推进弹丸运动的力学过程. 仿真结果表明:数值模拟获得的弹丸速度、弹后气体压力、弹丸过载曲线与经典内弹道计算结果一致性很好,同时数值模拟解决了经典内弹道无法获得弹丸具体受力情况和动态下的强度等问题.

     

    Abstract: In order to analyze the process of launching interior ballistics of projectile better, the classical projectile launching interior ballistics model and state equation of gunpowder gas was introduced into the finite element calculation through the secondary development of LS-DYNA. The interior ballistics process of a projectile was simulated by Lagrange method and the launch combustion mechanics process of projectile motion was simulated successfully. The simulation results show that the curve of velocity projectile, overload and ballistics pressure obtained by numerical simulation agree with the classical curve. At the same time, the numerical simulation solved the classical interior ballistics problem which is unable to obtain the projectile stress and dynamic strength etc.
