Abstract: For liquid presenting linear and recoverable characteristic in some range, in this paper, some conception such as liquid tension stress, liquid tension ratio, liquid elastic modulus, were put forward firstly; and then the liquid tension Hook's law was deduced. This kind of liquid elastic property was objective existence proved by a lot of tests. The liquid tension Hook's law can be a very good description of this feature.
