The Metal Additives’ Impact on the Energy Characteristics of Fluorocarbon Based Reactive Materials

  • 摘要: 通过分析铝/聚四氟乙烯和镁/聚四氟乙烯冲击反应材料的能量特性,以铝/聚四氟乙烯反应材料为对比典型基准材料,分别用铝粉和镁粉的混合物、铝镁合金粉末代替反应材料中的铝粉,使用Matlab编程分析比较了两种替代材料单位质量的反应热,并提出一种能量特性的评价方法评价了两种替代反应材料在同体积同初速条件下的总能量. 结果表明,两种替代反应材料单位质量的反应热均高于铝/聚四氟乙烯反应材料. 在同体积同初速条件下,铝-镁/聚四氟乙烯反应材料总能量低于铝/聚四氟乙烯反应材料,而在常用的侵彻速度条件下,铝-镁/聚四氟乙烯反应材料的总能量高于铝/聚四氟乙烯反应材料.

     

    Abstract: The energy characteristics of Al/PTFE-type and Mg/PTFE-type impact reactive materials were compared. Based on Al/PTFE, the mixture of aluminum powder and magnesium powder, aluminum-magnesium alloy powder were used to replace aluminum powder of reactive materials. By Matlab programming, heats of reaction of two kinds of replaced reactive materials were analyzed and compared. By using the evaluation method of the energy characteristics, the energy characteristicss of two kinds of replaced reactive materials were evaluated under the condition of the same volume and initial velocity. The results show that, heats of reaction of two kinds of replaced reactive materials are higher than that of Al/PTFE. The total energy of Al/Mg/PTFE is lower than that of Al/PTFE, while the total energy of Al-Mg/PTFE is higher than that of Al/PTFE when the initial velocity is the common velocity of penetration.
