串联电传动履带推土机功率跟随控制策略研究

Study on the Power Flowing Control Strategy of a Series Hybrid Tracked Bulldozer

  • 摘要: 分析了发动机与发电机组及超级电容工作特性,建立了串联式电传动履带推土机发动机-发电机组和超级电容的数学模型,提出了一种基于最佳燃油消耗曲线的功率跟随控制策略. 通过发动机及发电机的台架试验数据建立系统各部件的仿真模型,对提出的控制策略进行仿真验证,并分析了燃油经济性. 结果表明,在设定的推土机作业工况下,与传统机械结构的原型机相比,采用最佳燃油消耗曲线的功率跟随控制策略节油率达22.3%.

     

    Abstract: Mathematical models were established for the engine-generator set based on analyzing the working characteristics of engine, generator and ultra-capacitor in a series hybrid tracked bulldozer. A power flowing control strategy was proposed based on engine optimal fuel consumption curve. And then the simulation models were established, the control strategy was verified, and the fuel economy was analyzed. The results show that, in the set working condition of the bulldozer, fuel economy can reach 22.3% compared the power flowing control strategy based on engine optimal fuel consumption curve to the prototype with mechanical structure.
