一种新型压电加速度传感器研究

A Novel Piezoelectric Accelerometer with Switch Characteristic

  • 摘要: 针对大长径比弹丸高速侵彻中刚体过载信号与高频振动信号混叠带来目标难以识别的问题,研究一种具有开关特性的压电加速度传感器;建立了该传感器的力学模型并对其特性进行了研究. 利用相对比较法对新型加速度传感器及普通加速度传感器进行了冲击试验. 实验测试结果表明,所设计的压电加速度传感器可衰减高频振动信号,有利于侵彻过程中目标信息的获取与识别.

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of signal aliasing phenomenon which was caused by rigid body overload signal and high frequency vibration signal on the penetration process when projectile having large slenderness ratio and high speed result in the difficulty to identify target, a new piezoelectric accelerometer with switch characteristic was developed. The mechanical model of the sensor was established and its characteristics were studied. The shock test to novel accelerometer and common accelerometer was done by using relative method. Results show that the developed new accelerometer can filter out the high frequency response significantly. It can be used in the smart fuze to take the place of conventional piezoelectric accelerometer in order to recognize the target accurately.
